We could supply all kinds of compressor forging , such as crank shaft forging,crank forging ,connecting rod forging, and all kinds of compressor valve forging etc.We choose excellent raw material and make the steady heat treatment .If necessary , we could finish the final machining on the crank shaft.

     We have a series of inspection equipment and test appliance , including chemical analysis ,metallographic analysis,mechanical property test ,charpy impact test ,utrasonic test , magnetic article test etc .

All of the ingot is melted by LF + VOD furnace. We could choose ESR raw material according to the customers' requirements , on this condition all of the mechanical properties could be improved.
